So, unfortunately the rather rare luxury of a full weekend off was somewhat spoiled by my coming down with one serious case of the sniffles! Meaning all those chores I wanted to get done before Belgium went ignored! Hell I didn't even manage the lazy stuff! I didn't make it to brunch at Brasserie 66 (One of my favourite places to lazily come to life on a Sunday morning) nor did I make it to the cinema... Sigh! I did however treat myself to some of the best medicine around; lemsip, sudafed, strepsils, candy, and an entire tub of ice cream made by my two favourite men Mr Ben and Jerry... After which I proceeded to pass out... Hey I was sick, I feel no guilt! To make up for my not getting to the cinema I finally got around to watching two movies I've just been dying to see; The Woman in Black and We Need to Talk About Kevin... Although the first was pretty enjoyable the latter I simply cannot recommend enough... Believe me We Need to Talk About Kevin is an absolute must-see... I say rent or buy ASAP!
