When it comes to sexy, elegant, ultra chic lingerie that you'll enjoy wearing every bit as much as your oh so lucky partner enjoys ogling you in theres none better than designer Marlies Dekkers. Although she has been creating gorgeous pieces for quite some time now it is only in recent years that Dekkers' career has come into its own seeing retailers all around the world scrambling to stock her pieces including Irelands own Brown Thomas Dublin which houses some of the most iconic pieces Dekker has ever created. What really makes these pieces so special is that they are made to be seen. In fact one could actually say it was Dekkers that provided the catalyst for the whole underwear as outerwear revolution (Well, her and Dolce&Gabbana) to add that little something extra to an outfit all you need to do is make like the many celebrity fans of the range (including Gaga) and allow just a hint of a Dekkers masterpiece to peek out from below an everyday top. The most recent collection to date is inspired by the Far East and well worth a browse or two and maybe even a purchase... Here are just some of my favourites...
